• Nest egg is capped for this sprint (learn on a small seed; prefer room for one domain or one boost — not both as vibes).

Three jobs, not twelve titles. Default lean crew:

• No fan-out “research team of eight.”
• Poetic titles without a job description → cut them.

Master Prompt

Spine — paste as one block. Your Chief of Staff prompt should force at least:

   Until you unlock Mode B in writing.

Mode A judgment

When to stay, when to escalate.

• Agents never get payment master credentials.
• “Auto-post everywhere” is off until you write Mode B OK after a real sale.
• If the bot sounds like a FAQ novel, check the roster before blaming the model.

Paste button

The real control surface.

The paste button is the product. Without it, credits and reputation drift together.

• Artifacts land as paste-ready packs on disk / chat — not “I already posted.”
• You paste one thing at a time; wait for signal before dumping five channels.
• Soft CTA max once per reply batch; peer help first when the thread isn’t asking for a product.
• Keep a simple board: what was pasted, where, what happened.

14-day listing path

Keep it ugly and real.

   Lock buyer + promise from RAW MATERIAL; one-page spec

   Maker ships listing + Master Prompt / OS on disk

3. D5–7

   Listing live on your rails (e.g. Gumroad); price process-honest

4. D7–10

   Five honest posts / help-first replies (room-finding if audience = none)

   Done when · Paste log has five entries

5. D11–14

   Iterate title/price or first real sale; Mode B only if you unlock in writing

   Done when · Sale or a clear iterate plan

• One buyer, one promise, one product path — no Product B before title + first screen are tested.
• Success bar: listing live + five honest posts + ≥1 real sale in the window — or a clear iterate plan if zero.
• No income hopium in public copy.
